Valentine's Day

I know I only post on this thing every blue moon and I always say I'm going to get more regular about posting. But, I am not going to promise that this time because I always seem to slack when it comes to posting! However, I thought I would share with everyone what a sweet Valentine's Day I had yesterday! I was sad because Vday was on a Sunday so it would not have worked out for me to come home....but I will be in Tampa come Thursday! Yay! I get to have coffee and girl talk all day Friday with Mom :)

Thursday night I went to Yamato, a Japanese steakhouse, with my roommates for our friend's 22nd birthday. It was very yummy...those chefs are so talented with the way they cook...especially when he throws an egg in the air and catches it with a spatchula! Then Friday night I went with my roommies to see the movie Valentine's Day. So many good actors in that movie! It was cute.

Saturday morning James came up and we washed my car and hung out. Saturday night I cooked him dinner. He loves seafood so I cooked Talapia and shrimp scampi with some asparagus. Turned out very yummy!

Sunday Morning I woke up to rose pedals sprinkled down my stairs and a delicious breakfast. I also got a beautiful Tiffany's Notes Collection ring, a tea set, and a huge teddy bear and chocolate. I made James a Calendar and got him a bottle of his favorite cologne, heart wine glasses, and some other goodies. We hung out and did homework and then headed out to dinner at Olive Garden.

It was a very nice relaxing day...just wish I would've gotten to see the family! On a good note, Joey got a new laptop with a built in webcam and I am able to see and talk to the family now on skype! Very Cool! Well that is all for now. School is going great! I did good on my first two exams and I am ready to kick this semester in the butt! Bye Ya'll!
